At the open convention “ Eway”, due on November 7, 2013 at Spazio MIL Sesto S. Giovanni, the company has welcomed together with its global agents and distributors, numerous leading companies in the industrial landscape and has presented the new Eway generation....
This solution provides for coding 2 labels and applying them on two cards, placed side by side all along the packaging process: it has been, therefore, necessary, to devise a customized solution working with double label rolls and applying the 2 labels at once and ensuring efficiency and also money saving.
Labels are coded with univocal data, coming from a database system, so that products are always trackable afterwards. A 300 dpi (12 dots/mm) printing unit ensures an excellent print quality, even with very small digits and codes. This print and apply system is equipped with a special “split” pad, providing for label suction, separation and final application on cards.
Read More...Accurate and versatile, the Etipack Whizzy easily adapts to the different types of packaging line, thanks to its horizontal or vertical orientation. Two new models have been recently added to the existing range: “Whizzy 110” and “Whizzy 450”, for products up to 110 or 450 mm in width respectively.
These new entries will coexist with the 210 and 350 versions, in order to fulfil every possible request. With its brushless motor, Whizzy can reach a speed up to 170 m/min.
