In conjunction with a leading pharmaceutical supplier, Premier Labelling Solutions have been tasked with modifying eleven of our refirbished labellers into a bespoke vial labellers for the 'clickpen' diabetes market.
Chosen for our 'out of the box' thinking to engineering problems, Premier Labelling was tasked to create a small, efficient manual labeller for one of our customers. The labellers had to first be refirbished and then undergo the transformation into table-top units via our in- house design and engineering staff. The URS then stated that the units were to be capable of applying measuring labels to diabetes pens with a 0.2mm accuracy at a minimum of 30 products per minute (operator dependant).
