Etipack provides the solution for sealed bags containing granulated products, overcoming those difficulties while labelling uneven products.
This solution is made up by a friction feeder separating bags and placing them on a suction conveyor keeping them steady. Bags are carefully aligned and flattened by a dedicated device and afterwards labelled. The system is equipped with a colour control providing the ejetion of non labelled products into a collection bin.
Labelled bags conforming to requirements are collected into a rounded belts Polycord system, to form bundles according to settings defined in advance.
