This solution provides a labelling system for the application of a pressure sensitive label on lids for ice cream tubs; the system is equipped with an ingoing unstaking device and an outgoing stacking device in order to deliver labelled products ready to be used within the packaging line.
The pneumatic unstacker device places lids one by one on the conveyor belt, they are conveniently guided to the labelling point (picture 1), they are top-labelled as the pass by (picture 2) and stacked again, ready for the filling line.
