Eti5 modular is a very flexible and performing system even when a long label has to be applied on irregular products, such as powder inhalers.
The whole labelling process is carried on through different steps: spacing, labelling, labelling completion, missing label control and ejection of non conforming products. After products have been carefully spaced, self-adjusting applicator completes the application on 2 sides and front; the end application device makes the product turn on itself so that the label perfectly adheres also on the fourth side.
The system is equipped with a control device ejecting non conforming products.
