This customized solution has been designed, according to the requirements of a carton producer, for the identification of different batches of egg cartons. The system consists of a de-nesting, a labelling and a re-nesting station respectively. Each single egg carton is de-nested and labelled (might be also coded if required). Another label is applied to identify different production batches and keep them separated after they will have been re-nested at the outcoming station.
This is a very flexible labelling system, as different size cartons can be handled, the machine setting for label reel change is quick and the producer can deliver to his customer readyto- use cartons, that will be filled and sold.
