This solution provides for coding 2 labels and applying them on two cards, placed side by side all along the packaging process: it has been, therefore, necessary, to devise a customized solution working with double label rolls and applying the 2 labels at once and ensuring efficiency and also money saving.

Labels are coded with univocal data, coming from a database system, so that products are always trackable afterwards. Premier Labelling Goes Nuts!

Container manufacturer Swanson Dynamic Plastics was able to get substantial gains in productivity following the installation of an Etipack Original labelling machine.

The Original 1.3 labeller was installed to complete the labelling line at Kingston based Swanson Dynamic Plastics and was used primarily to apply labels to two sizes of PET peanut jars destined for a major high street store. It has also been used to apply labels to hand-cleaner containers.

Swanson Dynamic Plastics' Technical Development Manager, Paul Jones, explained that the labels had previously been hand-applied and the new Etipack Original labeller has proved a great labour-saving move.

Swanson Dynamic Plastics chose Premier Labelling Solutions Ltd to supply Etipack labelling equipment, for its high level of sophistication and for the firm's professional attitude. The Original is capable of labelling up to 50 Meters per minute, equating to some 12,000 products per hour.
